Information you provide

When you submit a request, Coweta Water Emergency collects your name, phone number, selected service, town and water status. Email and damage details are optional. We use this information to respond about the requested service.

Email delivery and security

Requests are delivered through Resend to our business inbox. Hosting services process technical information needed to operate and protect the site. Spam prevention uses signed form tokens, a hidden field and temporary request throttling. We do not store a separate lead database on this website.

Campaign information

If present, the source, medium and campaign labels in your visit URL are included with your request so we can understand how it reached us. We do not collect the complete referring URL. Interaction events are made available in the browser for future measurement; no third-party analytics or advertising tracking is installed by this site.

Storage and choices

Your form draft is kept only in the current page, not in browser storage. Submitted requests may remain in business email systems and provider records as needed to handle the request and maintain records. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form.
